KINESIS, has successfully finalized the sale of an approximately 110 MWp solar project portfolio in Italy’s Lazio region to VERBUND AG. The transaction was conducted through sale of an SPV under KE-RENINVESTMENT S.A., KINESIS's Spanish holding company. The solar portfolio consists of two advanced-stage development projects with a total capacity of 110 MWp in Lazio region.
